What we are looking for:
At Cobre, we are looking for a Data & Automation Product Ops Specialist to drive operational efficiency and customer success through data analytics and intelligent automation. This role will have a direct impact on the scalability of the business, ensuring our products and operations are agile, efficient, and customer-centric.
You will be a strategic partner at the intersection of Product Operations, Data, and Automation—designing and implementing automated solutions to improve transaction conversion rates, reduce operational costs, and enhance end-to-end process efficiency.
What would you be doing:
Identify manual or repetitive processes and design automation strategies to streamline workflows and reduce human error.
Optimize the transaction funnel through data analytics and automation of critical operational steps, reducing friction and increasing conversion success.
Develop predictive models and early warning systems to identify anomalous behaviors, prevent operational issues, and improve decision-making.
Design advanced dashboards and reports to monitor critical KPIs and provide strategic insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement scalable automation tools and systems across business units.
Work closely with Customer Success and Product Operations to understand customer needs and build data-driven, automated solutions that enhance their experience.
Continuously measure and improve the impact of automation initiatives, iterating based on performance data and business feedback.
Prototype and launch AI-driven solutions that enhance operational intelligence—such as predictive funnel optimization, real-time anomaly detection, intelligent workflow orchestration, and automated customer insights—to accelerate scale and efficiency across the organization.
What do you need:
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Automation, or similar roles in tech companies or fintech.
Strong hands-on experience with process automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Zapier, Make, scripting with Python, APIs, etc.).
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, Looker).
Strategic mindset and advanced analytical skills, focusing on scalability and operational efficiency.
Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels across the organization.
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Autonomy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Experience in startups, fintech, or high-growth companies is a plus.
