What we are looking for:


As the Product Manager for the Decisioning Platform at Cobre, you will lead the development and optimization of our decisioning systems, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of fraud risk detection, anti-money laundering (AML), compliance, and KYC/KYB processes within the fintech and financial services sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance our ability to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, comply with regulatory requirements, and streamline transaction monitoring processes through advanced APIs and SaaS platforms.


In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of Cobre's data and decision science strategy, spearheading initiatives that set new benchmarks in the industry. Your expertise will guide the evolution of our decisioning platform, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and highly effective. By integrating innovative technologies and methodologies, you will help shape a product that not only meets the current demands but anticipates future challenges. Your leadership and vision will be crucial in driving continuous improvement, enhancing user experiences, and maintaining Cobre's reputation as a leader in the fintech space.

What would you be doing:

  • Strategy and Vision: Create and execute the product roadmap, aligning with Cobre's goals and regulatory requirements. Innovate using the latest machine learning and AI advancements to improve fraud detection and compliance.

  • Technical leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of decisioning tools and systems. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate diverse data sources through advanced APIs, ensuring comprehensive and accurate decision-making capabilities.

  • User Experience Focus: Develop a user-friendly platform with clear insights. Continuously improve based on user feedback to meet evolving needs.

  • Fraud and Risk Management: Enhance fraud detection and risk decisions with advanced algorithms. Ensure compliance with AML regulations and optimize KYC/KYB processes for efficient onboarding and monitoring.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, data science, compliance, and support teams. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate updates.

  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Address API and integration challenges proactively. Develop quick, innovative solutions to potential issues.

  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess platform performance and drive improvements using data insights. Stay updated on industry trends in fraud detection, AML, and compliance technologies.

What do you need:

  • In-depth understanding of fraud, AML, KYC/KYB, and compliance within fintech and financial services.

  • Strong background in developing and managing decisioning systems, data analysis, and API integration.

  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing complex projects and driving innovation.

  • Expertise in user experience design and process optimization.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.

  • Advanced level of English is a must.
