What is Cobre and what do we do?
Cobre is a corporate treasury and payments platform designed to elevate the way Latin American companies manage their finances. At Cobre, we build CFO-tech on top of owned payment rails in order to give real-time capabilities to domestic and cross border payments, empowering every peso that our clients move.
We are committed to eliminating friction between companies, their banking partners, their people and their money so that money movement becomes a growth driver, rather than a time-consuming task. In this pursuit, Cobre has grown to become a trusted provider of corporates and tech giants in the region, while building a profitable business that has grown 10x in the past 12 months.
What we are looking for?
The Revenue Analytics Manager will play a critical role in optimizing Cobre’s revenue strategy by ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Accounting. This role involves monitoring revenue performance, generating executive-level insights, managing data-driven processes, and driving operational
efficiencies that support revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and data-driven, with strong technical skills in Google Sheets/Excel, SQL knowledge being desirable, and Python as a nice-to-have but not mandatory. Experience working closely with business areas to analyze and leverage data for decision-making is key—this role requires someone who understands how to use data to generate insights that impact business strategy rather than simply handling data processing.
What would you be doing
Track and analyze revenue trends, identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
Monitor and report on Share of Wallet, Demand Generation, and other commercial KPIs.
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting systems to provide clear visibility into key revenue metrics.
Synthesize data and market insights to inform executive decision-making.
Support business areas by conducting deep-dive analyses on revenue performance, customer trends, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain data models and analytical frameworks to improve forecasting and revenue insights.
Provide insights and analysis for Revenue Committee (RevComm) meetings.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in revenue processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and optimize revenue-related tools, including CRM, analytics platforms, and financial modeling software.
What do you need
Experience: 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and
generate actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Sheets/Excel, knowledge of SQL is desirable, Python is a plus but not required.
Business Acumen: Experience in working closely with business teams to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize revenue strategies.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect revenue insights with business strategy and operational execution.
Communication: Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex revenue insights to executive leadership.
